"This hostel has very nice and clean rooms. Located on several floors but there's no much other people in the building than the guest. Kitchen is very clean, well equipped. Service is excellent. The breakfast is served as a lunch bag with juice, fruit, yoghurt and a sandwich. Taken from some nearby coffee and quite tasty but rather small."

"We stayed 3 nights at premium hostel, the door doesn’t look official but there is a small silver sign saying what is in the building. Clean and tidy facilities (we had a double room with en suite). Staff very helpful and friendly and solved issues quickly and with a smile. Only issue was noisiness at night (we visited over a weekend) but once asleep didn’t make a difference. There were road works on while we stayed so main tram and bus lines weren’t running which would add to the noise. Other other thing is no black our curtains so if you plan on sleeping in bring an eye mask in summer as light shines through. Very affordable for what we needed (a bed and base) as we didn’t spend much time here as we went exploring!"

"Abbiamo soggiornato due notti presso questo ostello e nonostante il mio scetticismo iniziale mi sono poi ricreduta. Check in e check out velocissimo con ragazze alla reception che parlano inglese aperta 24 ore dove ti rifornisci di asciugamani e bagno schiuma e shampoo. Camera piccola ma con tutto quello che serve. Letti comodi. Bagno con doccia pulito. La struttura è comoda al centro che raggiungi a piedi in 10 minuti. Quindi consiglio questa struttura per un week end o soggiorni brevi"

"Удобное размещение, приятная девушка на рецепции, номер брали с собственным душем. В номере все чисто, лаконично, есть кровать, 2 тумбочки, шкаф, журнальный столик и телевизор. В душевой есть мыло, полотенца и автоматический освежитель воздуха. В целом очень понравилось. Из недостатков только отсутствие эл.чайника и СВЧ, но они и не были заявлены в описании."

"Забронювали номер в цьому хостелі на дві пари. Хоч ліжка окремо, але їх легко можна здвинути при потребі. Сам номер чистий, чиста постіль, рушники. Біля кожного ліжка світильники, розетки і полички. Свій санвузол для кожного номеру, який теж дуже охайний. Затишна кухня з всім необхідним. Персонал дуже ввічливий, володіють англійською. І все це по дуже демократичній ціні і недалеко від центру!"

"Ho pernottato tre notti in questo ostello e mi sono trovato molto bene. Dall’estero forse può lasciar a desiderare ma internamente è stato rinnovato. Anzi esattamente nel periodo in cui ci sono stato era ancora in fase di restauro tra cui la facciata esterna. Le camere nuove e pulite e così anche il bagno. Non c’è la colazione ma a pochi euri la trovi vicino! Ottima posizione a 15min a piedi dalla piazza centrale e il costo è stato economico, mi sono trovato molto bene. Consiglio di usare Uber se volete muovervi in città è funzionale e comodo! Buona vacanza a Cracovia."

TERMS AND CONDITIONS PREMIUM HOSTEL

1. Check-in at the hostel is possible with a valid passport or ID card. If the guest refuses to present the document, the hostel staff has the right to refuse check-in without refunding the cost of the first night's stay.
2. Minors must present a valid ID (school ID, health booklet) and if traveling alone - without a legal guardian - must have a Parental/Legal Guardian Consent for staying at Hostel Premium.
3. If it is not possible to verify the identity and/or lack of legal consent for the stay at Hostel Premium, the staff has the right to refuse the reservation (cost-free cancellation for every night beyond the first night).
4. Minors with a reservation in a multi-person room must change their reservation (with an appropriate surcharge).
5. Guests are fully responsible for any damage or destruction of hostel property caused by them. If charges are incurred due to property damage, we reserve the right to charge the guest's payment card provided at check-in.
6. The hostel day starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM the next day. There is a possibility to leave luggage in the hostel's luggage room (before check-in/after check-out).
7. Extending the stay must be requested no later than the day before the departure date. If not checked out by 10:00 AM, additional charges will apply.
8. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a 200 PLN charge and the hostel staff calling security.
9. Smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages, and other intoxicants are prohibited throughout the hostel. Violation of this ban will result in a 500 PLN fine and eviction from the premises.
10. Pet Acceptance Rules:
- a. The primary condition for accepting a pet is notifying the hostel of the guest's arrival with a pet at the time of reservation. The limit is 2 pets per room. Pets are not allowed in common areas or the kitchen.
- b. The hostel charges a one-time fee of 30 PLN per pet for the stay.
- c. Only domestic pets are allowed in the hostel. The hostel reserves the right to refuse pets that are commonly considered dangerous or aggressive.
- d. The stay of the pet is conditioned on having a health booklet with up-to-date vaccinations and deworming certification.
- e. For safety reasons, pets should have a leash, collar, muzzle, or cage, depending on the species of the pet.
- f. Pets are only allowed in private rooms that are rented in their entirety. There is a ban on checking in with pets in shared rooms
11. The hostel is equipped with a fire alarm system. Triggering a false alarm due to non-compliance with hostel rules will result in a fine of 5,000 to 20,000 PLN.
12. Keys must be left at the reception each time you leave the hostel. A lost key will incur a 100 PLN charge.
13. The hostel is not responsible for valuables left unattended. After check-out, found items are kept for two weeks and then disposed of.
14. The hostel staff has the right to refuse check-in to anyone under the influence of intoxicants, aggressive, or who has previously violated hostel rules.
15. In case of gross violation of the rules or inappropriate behavior, the manager or receptionist may order the person to leave the hostel; if the person does not comply, they may call the police and/or security to remove the individual. In such cases, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
16. Guests may use kitchen items available in common areas such as pots, plates, cutlery, cups, etc. It is forbidden to take these items outside the kitchen, dining room, or common room.
17. Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
18. All complaints are considered only based on a receipt/VAT invoice.
19. In all matters not covered by the rules but concerning the operation of the hostel (such as maintaining order, protecting property, observing cultural norms), guests are required to follow the instructions of the receptionist or manager.
