"This hostel has very nice and clean rooms. Located on several floors but there's no much other people in the building than the guest. Kitchen is very clean, well equipped. Service is excellent. "We stayed 3 nights at premium hostel, the door doesn’t look official but there is a small silver sign saying what is in the building. Clean and tidy facilities (we had a double room with en suite). Staff very helpful and friendly and solved issues quickly and with a smile. Only issue was noisiness at night (we visited over a weekend) but once asleep didn’t make a difference. There were road works on while we stayed so main tram and bus lines weren’t running which would add to the noise. Other other thing is no black our curtains so if you plan on sleeping in bring an eye mask in summer as light shines through. Very affordable for what we needed (a bed and base) as we didn’t spend much time here as we went exploring!"

Check in e check out velocissimo con ragazze alla reception che parlano inglese aperta 24 ore dove ti rifornisci di asciugamani e bagno schiuma e shampoo. Camera piccola ma con tutto quello che serve. Letti comodi. Bagno con doccia pulito. La struttura è comoda al centro che raggiungi a piedi in 10 minuti. Quindi consiglio questa struttura per un week end o soggiorni brevi"

"Удобное размещение, приятная девушка на рецепции, номер брали с собственным душем. В номере все чисто, лаконично, есть кровать, 2 тумбочки, шкаф, журнальный столик и телевизор. В душевой есть мыло, полотенца и автоматический освежитель воздуха. В целом очень понравилось. Из недостатков только отсутствие эл.чайника и СВЧ, но они и не были заявлены в описании."

"Забронювали номер в цьому хостелі на дві пари. Хоч ліжка окремо, але їх легко можна здвинути при потребі. Сам номер чистий, чиста постіль, рушники. Біля кожного ліжка світильники, розетки і полички. Свій санвузол для кожного номеру, який теж дуже охайний. Затишна кухня з всім необхідним. Персонал дуже ввічливий, володіють англійською. І все це по дуже демократичній ціні і недалеко від центру!"

"Ho pernottato tre notti in questo ostello e mi sono trovato molto bene. Dall’estero forse può lasciar a desiderare ma internamente è stato rinnovato. Anzi esattamente nel periodo in cui ci sono stato era ancora in fase di restauro tra cui la facciata esterna. Le camere nuove e pulite e così anche il bagno. Non c’è la colazione ma a pochi euri la trovi vicino! Ottima posizione a 15min a piedi dalla piazza centrale e il costo è stato economico, mi sono trovato molto bene. Consiglio di usare Uber se volete muovervi in città è funzionale e comodo! Buona vacanza a Cracovia."

ABOUT OUR HOSTEL

Hostel Premium is located in central Kraków. It is an ideal venue for tourists, guests on business trips or those arriving in Kraków for one of the many cultural events. The expectations of even the most discerning customers will be satisfied by the hostel's modern decor and its facilities. It is also possible to check-in after midnight.

Moving around the city without your own means of transport is made easy by the tram communication network which passes right by the hostel. Guests who value an eco-friendly lifestyle can purchase a card for the Wavelo city bike hire scheme.

24h access to the reception manned by English speaking staff as well as access to a fully equipped kitchen. Apart from a range of kitchen facilities, free tea, coffee and milk are available to guests together with a filter coffee machine. Guests can order breakfast from the reception. Wi-Fi is available at the Hostel. Luggage storage for guests is included in the price.

We also cater for children. A baby cot may be added to a room. At Hostel Premium children will also feel welcome – we have a special play corner. On rainy days guests can enjoy board games. For better days there is a children's playground in a nearby park. Children up to two years old can stay at Hostel Premium free of charge.

BREAKFAST

All Hostel Premium guests have access to a fully equipped self-service kitchen, stocked with tea, coffee and milk. It is also possible to order breakfasts. A breakfast package includes a fresh roll, an apple, natural yoghurt, water and oat cookie. Breakfasts can be collected at reception from 8:15 am. Breakfasts costs PLN 19 and can be ordered at reception up to 17:00 the previous day.

Is there a bathroom in the room? Are towels provided?

Every room has its own bathroom with a shower and clean towels.

What is the difference between a standard and a deluxe room?

Deluxe type rooms are new rooms which we've made available for guests in 2014 and 2018. These feature an high standard modern decor. Guests can enjoy satellite channels on a 32″ LCD TV.

What is the best way to get to the hostel from Kraków Główny train station?

A tram is the best solution here. As tram lines are prone to changing routes, it is best to take a tram heading for "Bronowice" with "Plac Inwalidów" listed as one of the stops. That is where you should alight. You could also get here by bus. Choose one with "Plac Inwalidów" along its route.

What is the best way to get to the hostel from the Kraków-Balice airport?

The 208 bus runs from the airport and stops right outside of the hostel. There is also a fast train between Balice airport and Kraków Główny. The journey time is approx. 15 minutes. From Kraków Główny train station take a tram or bus to the Hostel and alight at "Plac Inwalidów" stop.

How far is it from the Hostel to the Kraków Main Square?

It is a mere 15 minute walk along ul. Karmelicka from Hostel Premium to the Main Square. You can also take a tram. It is just two stops away. This will not take more than 4 minutes.

How can I get to Kazimierz?

A tram which stops at "Miodowa" or "Plac Wolnica" stops would be most convenient. However, we would encourage you to try a different option – a walk across the Main Square to Kazimierz.

Is the reception open 24h?

Yes, the reception is open 24/7.

Does the hostel have a car park?

At the moment the hostel does not have car parking facilities. There is a city parking in front of the hostel, payable from 10:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Saturday.

Is breakfast included?

No, breakfast is not included in the price.

Are pets accepted at the property?

Yes, in our hostel we are happy to welcome animals, however they can only stay in private rooms. If you decide to stay with your pet, please let us know. The fee for a pet's stay, regardless of the number of nights, is 20 PLN. Any questions about the availability of a bed and bowls for your pet should be directed to the hostel reception.
